The IIT Kharagpur training and placement cell welcomes the entire entrepreneur community for the utilization of best brains available in the campus. Every year, the CEOs and HRs from different companies come to IIT KGP for recruiting students. The IIT Kharagpur makes arrangement for councelling, interviews etc. before the final recruitment process takes place. The training & placement cell also arranges for summer training of all pre-final year B.Tech. students and third year students of 5 Year dual degree M.Tech. courses.
