Applicants can fill up the CMI entrance exam online enrollment form and pay the enrollment fee till April 9, 2023.
Chennai Mathematical Institute (CMI) has started the online enrollment for the CMI entrance exam for admission to the BSc, MSc and PhD programs for the 2023-24 academic session. Applicants can apply for the entrance test through the authorized site cmi.ac.in. The last date to fill up the form and pay the enrollment expense is April 9, 2023. The CMI entrance exam is planned to be conducted on May 7 and applicants can download the admit card for a similar on April 30. CMI will declare the results of the test in no less than a month from the date of the beginning of the assessment. The academic session will begin on August 7, 2023.
CMI entrance exam 2023: Qualification standards
BSc-Applicants required to finish twelfth standard or the same.
MSc in Mathematics –Â Applicants are required to have an undergraduate degree (BA, BE, BSc, BTech or other) with a strong background in Maths.
MSc in Computer Science- Applicants are required to have an undergraduate degree (BA, BE, BSc, BTech or other) with a strong background in Computer Science.
MSc in Data Science-Applicants are required to have an undergraduate degree (BA, BE, BSc, BTech or other) with a background in Maths, Computer Science or Statistics.
PhD in Mathematics – Applicants are required to have a BE, BTech, BSc(Mathematics) or MSc(Mathematics) degree.
PhD in Computer Science – Applicants are required to have a BE, BTech, MSc(CS) or MCA degree.
PhD in Physics Applicants are required to have a MSc (Physics) degree.
CMI entrance exam enrollment form 2023: Steps to fill
- Visit the authorized site of CMI-cmi.ac.in.
- Tap on the BSc, MSc, and Ph.D. programs “Online Application” link.
- Enter the required details, for example, email ID and contact number and complete the enrollment procedure.
- Then, after that, tap on apply for admission after successful login and fill out the CMI entrance exam enrollment form.
- Pay the entrance test expense.
- Download and take printout of the enrollment form for future need.
